4th annual "DigiTec Business Forum" was held on June 24-25 in the "Armenia Marriott" hotel. It was organized by Union of Information Technologies Enterprises.

The objective of this Forum was to promote the application of ICT in other sectors of the economy, present ICT products and services of local and international companies, which are directed to modernization of other branches of economy.

Flexible Applications has finished the development of Beneficiaries Management System for Diaconia Benevolent Foundation, the aim of which is to store information about foundation's beneficiaries and aids provided to them.

On the 25^th March took place the first meeting of "IT2Business" event, which is a series of thematic meetings aimed at application of ICT solutions in different business spheres. The organizer of this series of events is the Union of Information Technologies Enterprises (UITE). The first meeting was devoted to Banking sector and was organized by the partnership of the Union of Banks of Armenia (UBA) and support of RA Central Bank.

Due to "DigiTec Expo 2010" ICT exhibition, we have developed some new business relationships, among which was also Yerevan TV. After visiting our pavilion, they expressed their interest in our both software products: Attendance Management System and FLEXAP WATCHER, PC work monitoring system, and later made decision to have installed both systems at their site. As a result, recently above-mentioned two systems, along with our FP20 Fingerprint Reader device, were installed at Yerevan TV.

6th annual Information and Communication Technologies international exhibition "DigiTec Expo 2010" was held on 29-31 October in the Sport-Concert complex named after Karen Demirchyan. The aim of the exhibition is to

• create business environment between ICT, High-Tech companies and business, government and individual consumers
• represent the latest achievements of Armenian and international ICT and High-Tech companies
• promote establishment of business relations between Armenian and foreign companies.

First time in Tsakhkadzor took place 20th meeting of IT Club, which gathered around ICT students, professionals and heads of IT companies.

The mission of IT club is to promote the development of Armenian IT sector. This was told by co-founder of IT Club Arman Atoyan during the interview with NEWS.am - Innovation correspondent.

"IT Club gathers people interested in Information Technologies and together we try to discuss IT sector problems. This time the main topic of the meeting is the problems of founding start-up companies." - said Arman Atoyan.

Flexible Applications has finished one more project which was the development of Human Resource Management System for Criminal-Executive Department of RA Ministry of Justice. Now the system is already installed at Criminal-Executive Department and the operation stage is already started.

Flexible Applications has recently finished development of "Interactive Mobile Manager" warehouse inventory software for IT Logic Tech.
"Interactive Mobile Manager" is an inventory software for supermarkets, which works with Barcode Readers and is intended to inventory the products of supermarket’s warehouses, check the products and product labels data with those stored in the database.

The first results of "DigiTec Business 2010" forum didn't make waiting long. General director of "Nikita Mobile" LTD Ara Yaghjyan, who had visited our pavilion during the forum, contacted with us to buy and install at their company our software product - Attendance Management System. A few days after the forum the contract was already signed and the mentioned System, along with two FP20 Fingerprint Readers were installed at Yerevan and Abovyan divisions of "Nikita Mobile" LTD.

"ICT Leaders Meeting" forum was held in "Kecharis" rest-house in Tsaxkadzor from 12th to 13th June. The aim of the forum was to discuss ICT sphere's educational problems in an unofficial atmosphere.

3-rd annual international "DigiTec Business 2010" exhibition-forum, organized by UITE, took place on June 9-10, in "Armenia Marriott" hotel. This year forum was held under "Dialogue between Business and Technologies" title. In the forum were presented ICT solutions for business management, process automation and sale promotion in the following spheres:

Flexible Applications CJSC has started a new project - web based version of its Employee Attendance Management System. It will include all the functions of the company's current product - Attendance Management System, and will introduce some new features as well.
